To keep clean, people use lots of shampoos, some are even washed hair every day. So if you cannot kick off shampoo, let’s see how to wash your hair more healthily.

These years, because of celebrity charm, the ‘No poo’ movement becomes very popular, Kim Kardashian, Shailene Woodley, Adele, and Jessica Sim all reveal that they avoid washing their hair every day, or even for months.

But, many people still feel unbelievable, because it is very difficult to wash off the oil (sebum), and many others have dry hair and damaged hair problems. If you can adopt the correct way of hair care, these problems can be solved.

First, test your hair healthily.

Gloss test:

Side parting your just-washed hair, comb it evenly and smoothly. Stay in front of a mirror, and make light shoots from the head top, there will form a halo, the brighter the halo is, the better the hair gloss is.

Quality test:

Cuff off a bunch of 1.5 inches’ hair, then place it into water. Poor quality hairs absorb water quickly and sink soon.

Smoothness Test:

Comb your hair, grip a bundle and rub the hair end, then check if there is bifurcation and fracture.
