Returns & Exchanges

1. How do I return a product?

We offer lifetime warranty to all the products we offered on this website.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@masterpandacombs.com with your order number (you can find the order number in your email which you used on placing order on our website), billing name, and address, then pack the product securely in its original package .    

Please attach a note to the outside of the item, including your order number.  

Send all items being returned to the delivery. Keep a record of your return shipment until you have received your credit, refund or exchange. We suggest that you return your item(s) using a tracked service.

All products being returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

2. How long do I have to return a product?

All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date of your order.

4. Do I have to pay anything to return my products?

If the product is unused and in its original packaging, the only cost of returning a product is the cost of return freight.  You are responsible for arranging the return of the product to us (including all postal or courier charges).

If the return is a result of a product defect or a shipping error on our part, you will have nothing else to pay for.

If the item(s) returned is not in its original packaging, then if we decide to accept the return, we may deduct $5 from the amount to be refunded or the value of the exchange.

We are liable for the lost or damaged package during the shipping until the tracking record shows the package has been delivered successfully.

4. When will I receive my credit/refund/exchange?

We will endeavor to process your returned product as soon as we can once it is received at our warehouse.  Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging) you will receive an email advising how your return is being processed.

5. Master Panda Lifetime Warranty

Master Panda warranties for the lifetime of its products, that the product will be free from defects either in material or craftsmanship. Master Panda will repair or replace, at the customer’s choice, any product which is found to be defective under normal use.

  1. Warranty does not apply to natural or typical wear and tear, or any product misuse by the customer voids the warranty.
  2. Warranty does not apply to damage due to an accident or natural disaster.
  3. Warranty does not extend to decline in performance due to normal aging or to issues caused by product misuse.
  4. Warranty extends only to the original owner, and Master Panda reserve the right to only provide refund for discontinued or closeout products.
