Shipping & Tracking

1. Where can I receive my order?

We can send your items to any physical addresses covered by the postal services of your country. All deliveries do not require a signature on delivery so please ensure you advise us of a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package during working hours (we strongly recommend a business address). Goods addressed to a home address will be left at the premises if no one is home – so please ensure the delivery address is safe and secure should the goods be left. We are liable for the lost or damaged package during the shipping until the tracking record shows the package has been delivered successfully. But we don’t accept any responsibility for packages left at an address, which are then removed/ lost/ stolen.

2. Do you ship to my place?

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time usually takes approximately 7-45 days; we take full responsibility until the items arrived at your address (tracking number is shown as delivered).

If the items you have purchased are in stock we will always endeavor to send them to you as soon as we possibly can, which is usually the second day for an order received before 11 am, or as soon as our warehouse reopens if you order during the weekend or overnight. Please note that if you order during a sales, dispatch can sometimes be delayed by a short period due to high volumes.

4. Can you hold an order and dispatch at a later date?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold orders in our warehouse for dispatch at a later date.  We dispatch our orders within 48 working hours of receiving them. If you know you will be away on holiday or are moving house etc, please advise us of an alternative delivery address so we can dispatch immediately.

5. How much do I pay for delivery service?

Free shipping on all the standing orders (shipping by governmental postal services)

Please inquiry us by sending an email to info@masterpandacombs.com if you need an expedited shipping service in order to get the your order within a few days time.

6. Can I track my order?

All products are dispatched via track and trace courier. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched and advising your tracking number. You can either go to our tracking page to track or check from the carrier’s official website.
