Did you comb your hair correctly?

Hair combing is one of the things that we have to do every day. Some ladies would even bring their combs around with them. Hair combing is an action that promotes mental and physical health. It can improve your blood flow, condition your hair, keep you healthy and alert, clean your hair, and prevent hair loss!

1. Of course, to reap these benefits, you will have to comb your hair perfectly. This is done by combing from the front to the back, and from the left to the right, repeatedly. The best time to comb your hair is when you first woke up in the morning, or about 5 minutes before you sleep. Of course, you can comb your hair whenever you have some free time, too.

2. If you have dry hair, you need to comb it harder; if your hair is oily, comb it as gently as possible, since combing it too hard would stimulate the sebum glands and increase the oil secretion instead.

3. A good comb is a must for combing the hair. I think that the wooden comb is a good choice. Because it’s harmless to the scalp, the teeth are relatively even and rounded. Hair combs made of natural materials such as sandalwood or ox horn are preferred.

4. From a medical perspective, hair combing can effectively prevent the elderly from suffering a stroke. This is because combing the hair often stimulates the veins and causes the pores on the scalp to open up. This enables the excretion to take place, releasing the bad energy in the body, and in turn, improves one’s metabolism. The elderly can choose combs that have narrower teeth to comb their hair often for better effect!

5. Combing the hair also massages the scalp. Not only the capillaries are stimulated and thus enlarged, but it also improves blood circulation, which gives our brain more nutrition and oxygen. The improved blood circulation on the scalp, in turn, promotes hair growth, prevents hair loss, and reduces white hair. Through massaging the scalp, the life expectancy of the elderly can be increased.

6. Moving your body a little bit forward or backward while you are combing hair, it’s better for boosting your blood circulation. Comb every part of your scalp 5 to 6 times, and comb around 100 times every day.

P.S

1.  Don’t comb with force, do it slowly and gently.

2. Don’t comb just after the meal, it’s not good for digestion

3. Don’t use the hair driers too much, reduce the damage to your hair strand and radiation to your scalp.
