By placing an order through our Website, you warrant that:

When purchasing Products, you will be asked to register your email address to complete the purchase, we will still hold your details for shopping purposes (which you can alter at any time by logging in). We may also contact you in direct reference to your order.

Master Panda will communicate any issues with you as a result of unavailability and we will credit without delay any payments made for such Products.

3. Master Panda’s Warranty
Master Panda offers a lifetime warranty on all of our Products. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults or defects. It does not cover wear, tear or damage caused by use, accident or failure to follow care instructions.
The warranty is valid for the lifetime from the date of the order and is available to the original purchaser of the Product only.
If you have any issues with any Product that you have received, please email us at info@masterpandacombs.com and provide the order number, the name of the item at fault and full details of the fault (including photos if possible).

11. Master Panda Competition Terms and Conditions
- Application of terms: These terms and conditions apply to all competitions and promotions run by us, or on our behalf, including those undertaken via any social media channel (each a Competition). These terms do not apply, and we accept no responsibility for, competitions and promotions run by or on behalf of any party other than Master Panda (regardless of whether our products are part of the competition or promotion).
- Competition terms:
a. Time for entry: Entries must be received within the time frame specified.
b. Winner(s): We will determine the winner(s) at our sole discretion.
c. Notification: We will attempt to notify the winner(s). If the Competition is run via a social media channel, we will attempt to notify the winner(s) by a message or comment on the social media channel concerned. If we are unable to reach the winner(s) within 7 days, we reserve the right to nominate a new winner.
d. Image and naming permissions: By entering a Competition, entrants:
i: grant Master Panda permission to use their name(s) in winner announcement posts and/or notifications, as well as the unrestricted right to use (anywhere in the world and in any medium) any images submitted by entrants as part of the Competition; and ii.
ii: agree that Master Panda will not be liable in any way whatsoever, in relation to the use of their name, social media profile and/or any images submitted as part of the Competition.
e. Details of prize: Any prizes offered as part of a Competition will be as described by Master Panda. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. In the event that the prize specified in the Competition becomes unavailable for any reason, we will substitute a prize of similar value. Winners receive prizes entirely at their own risk.
f. No endorsement: By entering a Competition, entrants acknowledge that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or Pinterest).
